Step 1:

Click upload video/audio link

Step 2:

Select Yes, you would like to allow people to edit your video or No, you would not like to

Step 3:

Select Browse to locate the file on your computer

Step 4:

Click Upload

Step 5:

Click Next once the upload has finished

Step 6:

Enter the files Title and tags (optional), click finish

Step 7:

By clicking ok your agree you are not infringing on anyone’s copyright

Step 8:

Select player settings, typically leave the settings along

Step 9:

Movie will be a black box in your message. Once you publish it and view your post it you will see the video.

Step 1:

Click Add Video From URL link

Select type: Flash. Copy and paste youtube url, click insert

Step 1: Click add an image

Step 2: Select image source

Select From computer to upload pictures, From URL to copy and paste a image link, or Media library to view pictures uploaded by you or others.

After uploading your image you may enter a title and description. Select the image alignment and size and then click Insert into Post. Save all changes will update the image description but will not add it to your post.

Using images already uploaded:

Click show for the image you would like to add and then click insert into post.

Step 1: Register to create an account if you haven’t already

Click on register under Post

Follow the steps to create an account

Step 2: Log in if you need to

Log in using your account and password

Step 3: Create Post

Click on create Post

Enter a title and type your message

Select which categories your post should be in (optional)

Enter tags that describe your post, seperated by commas and then click add. This improves searching for others looking for your story (optional)

Click publish to post your message right away. You can click save as draft and come back to edit it at another time.

Click the RSS button on your browser or in the top left corner of our site

Click subscribe, and then click ok when prompted.

Go to your favorites and then feeds to view our post feed (for Internet Explorer, other browsers will vary slightly)
